According to Naver on the 5th, from 10:51 AM to 11:39 AM that day, disruptions occurred on Naver News, Blogs, Maps, Shopping, and some search pages. The issues involved inability to access or delays in information exposure.
The service has now been fully restored and is operating normally.
The company explained that a timeout error occurred in the common platform applied to the services. A timeout error happens when the server does not respond within a certain time to a signal sent by a device requesting specific data.
