Pepper Savings Bank Raises Interest Rate on 'Peppers Parking Account'... Up to 3.2% Annual
[Asia Economy Reporter Song Seungseop] Pepper Savings Bank announced on the 5th that it has raised the maximum annual interest rate of the Pepper Sparking Account to 3.2%.
The Pepper Sparking Account is a demand deposit account that does not require locking in money for a long period. It offers an annual interest rate of 3.2% (before tax) up to 50 million KRW without any special conditions, and an interest rate of 1.0% (before tax) is applied to the excess amount. The previous maximum interest rate application limit of 3 million KRW for the parking account has been significantly expanded. There is also no limit on the subscription amount, allowing customers to deposit as much as they want. Transfers via mobile banking can be used without fees.
