On the previous day, SK Discovery announced that it would pursue a tender offer of common shares worth about 100 billion won to acquire additional shares of SK Chemicals in order to improve management performance and enhance shareholder value through its subsidiary. The acquisition scale corresponds to 5.22% of the total common shares of SK Chemicals, amounting to 919,118 shares. The acquisition period is from the 2nd to the 21st of this month.
