Incheon Luwon Complex Building Groundbreaking... 9 Agencies to Move In, Completion in 2025
[Asia Economy Reporter Park Hyesook] On the 1st, Incheon City held a groundbreaking ceremony for the Luwon Complex Office Building at the Luwon City public complex site in Gajeong-dong, Seo-gu.
The complex office building will have a total area of 46,466㎡, consisting of a 13-story office building and a 5-story education building above ground, and is scheduled to be completed in January 2025. The total project cost is 168 billion KRW.
Once completed, nine institutions including city business offices and affiliated organizations will move in. These include the Talent Development Institute, Incheon Research Institute, Urban Railroad Construction Headquarters, Incheon Tourism Organization, Incheon Facilities Management Corporation, Western Waterworks Office, Michuhol Call Center, Incheon Social Service Agency, and private associations.
The city expects that with the small business cluster and the new Incheon Regional Tax Office building being developed near the complex office building, not only will residents' convenience improve, but the influx of about 400,000 people will greatly stimulate the local economy.
