Kyobo Life Insurance Operates Nighttime Call Center Consultations "Get Insurance Advice After Work"
[Asia Economy Reporter Changhwan Lee] Kyobo Life Insurance announced on the 1st that starting this month, the call center operating hours, which were from 9 AM to 6 PM on weekdays, will be extended by 3 hours to operate from 9 AM to 9 PM.
From now on, customers such as office workers, dual-income couples, and self-employed individuals who found it difficult to use phone consultations during working hours will be able to receive insurance maintenance consultations through nighttime consultations.
Currently, among life insurance companies, Kyobo Life Insurance is the only one providing nighttime call center consultation services. This extension of call center operating hours is aimed at maximizing convenience for customers maintaining insurance contracts.
Customers can receive nighttime consultations for tasks such as insurance claim payments, premium payments, execution and repayment of insurance policy loans, insurance contract changes, accident insurance claim consultations, and certificate issuance. However, consultations for certain tasks such as insurance contract cancellations, fund changes, and accident insurance claim submissions are limited.
