Hyundai Department Store Duty Free Launches Limited Edition Collaboration with NERDY
[Asia Economy Reporter Jeon Jinyoung] Hyundai Department Store Duty Free announced on the 31st that it will launch a limited edition collaboration developed with the street fashion brand 'Nerdy,' inspired by travel.
Nerdy is one of the popular K-fashion brands among the MZ generation (Millennials + Generation Z) known for its comfort, activity, and unique style. Since the end of last year, it has gained great popularity not only in Korea but also overseas in countries such as Japan and China.
The limited edition collaboration between Hyundai Department Store Duty Free and Nerdy consists of fashion items that provide a comfortable yet stylish fit for long flights when traveling, including three items: hooded sweatshirt, pants, and ball cap. A total of 2,000 sets were produced in limited quantities and can be found at Hyundai Department Store Duty Free downtown stores (Trade Center branch, Dongdaemun branch) and the online duty-free shop. Customers who purchase both online and offline will receive a special travel kit as a gift, consisting of travel slippers, luggage stickers, and three types of pens.
Hyundai Department Store Duty Free's strategy through this collaboration is to increase communication channels with the MZ generation, the main consumer group of duty-free shops.
