"Paju Unjeong New Town Woomirin Center Foret" will be developed with 8 buildings ranging from 2 basement floors to 15 above-ground floors, with a total of 522 households and exclusive areas of 64 to 84㎡. All units are mainly medium-sized, with the distribution by exclusive area as follows: △64㎡ 132 households △74㎡ 224 households △84㎡ 166 households.
As "Paju Unjeong New Town Woomirin Center Foret" is a public-supported private rental apartment, any South Korean national aged 19 or older who is a non-homeowner or a member of a non-homeowner household can apply for subscription regardless of whether they have a subscription savings account. The increase rate of rental deposits and monthly rent is limited to within 5% per year (every 2 years), and unlike general jeonse or monthly rent, stable housing is possible for up to 10 years. In particular, acquisition tax and property tax are exempted, and year-end tax deduction is also available.
The complex features specialized designs considering residents' lifestyles. The separated household type allows one household to be divided so that two households can individually use the entrance, kitchen, bathroom, etc., and the share house type allows shared use of common spaces such as the living room and kitchen while each person lives in their own room.
Community facilities such as Cafe Lynn, an indoor golf practice range, a fitness club, and a table tennis room will be created within the complex. Additionally, facilities such as Cafe Lynn (Mom's Station) linked with school bus drop-off, coin laundry, and gender-separated study rooms will also be provided.
