Damyang-gun Conducts 'Anti-Corruption and Integrity Education' for Public Officials
Enhancing Integrity Awareness and Fostering a Clean Public Service Culture
[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Kim Chunsu] On the 26th, Damyang-gun, Jeollanam-do announced on the 28th that it held the '2022 Anti-Corruption and Integrity Education' on the 3rd floor of the Dambit Agricultural Center to raise awareness of integrity and create a clean public service culture.
The education, attended by about 200 public officials, was organized to help understand the Conflict of Interest Prevention Act implemented last May by inviting Lee Jeonghee, Vice Chairman of the Anti-Corruption and Civil Rights Commission.
The session clearly explained, through case-centered examples, the 10 behavioral standards regarding conflict of interest situations that may arise during public officials' practical work, receiving positive responses from the staff.
