'Indie Music Festival' to be Held in Gimpo, Gyeonggi-do... October 15-16
[Asia Economy (Suwon) = Reporter Lee Young-gyu] The Indie Music Festival will be held at Aram Marina in Gimpo, Gyeonggi Province.
Gyeonggi Province announced on the 28th that, together with Gimpo City, it will hold the 'Gyeonggi Indie Music Festival (GIMF) 2022' at Aram Marina in Gimpo from October 15 to 16.
GIMF was first held online last year, and this year it will welcome audiences with an offline event.
More than 20 teams will participate, and the first lineup includes Jannabi, E Sens, Crying Nut, Ash Island, Nerd Connection, LIL MARS, Crack Silver, Springs, and Billy Carter.
The second lineup will be announced on the official website and SNS on the 8th of next month.
The final round of the indie musician discovery audition 'Indistance' by the Gyeonggi Content Agency will also be held together.
The teams advancing to the Indistance finals will have the opportunity to perform their songs on the festival's main stage and connect with the audience.
Representative musicians produced through the Indistance audition program include Robaifepers, Gift, Heyman, and Cosmos.
Festival tickets are 50,000 KRW for a two-day pass and 30,000 KRW for a one-day pass, with two-day passes going on sale from the 29th.
