From Idea Generation to Startup! ... Dongmyeong University Hosts 'Shall We? Startup Camp'

View original image[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Hwang Du-yeol] The SW-Centered University Project Group at Dongmyung University held the "2022 Dongmyung University Shall We Startup Camp" over two days on the 22nd and 23rd.
The camp featured startup clubs supported by the Dongmyung University SW-Centered University Project Group and Tu-Honors Club students, providing special lectures on how to turn ideas into startups from idea discovery to marketing, as well as the SW startup process.
On the first day, mentor Lee Seung-min from Pacemakers led a discussion session on "From Club to Startup and Management," focusing on the direction and management for students' startups.
Mentor Shin Kyung-ho from The Y Lab gave a special lecture titled "Business Search and Utilization of Collected Data," covering methods for business searches that students can participate in and the use of big data resources.
Mentor Park Hyun-jun from Hyumein Education Consulting provided a meaningful session on the "Youth Startup Support Program," helping students understand the benefits and scope of support available after starting a business.
On the second day, mentor Lee Jung-ran from With Watch conducted a session titled "From Idea Conception to Business," explaining the overall flow and precautions of startups, followed by presentations and evaluations from seven startup clubs composed of enrolled students.
