Koscom to Hire New Graduates and Experienced Employees in Second Half of Year... Conducted via 'Blind' Recruitment Method
Written Test 'Financial Sector A-Match Day' Conducted
[Asia Economy Reporter Lee Myunghwan] Koscom announced on the 25th that it will conduct blind recruitment for new and experienced employees in the second half of the year.
The total number of recruits will be in the double digits. New employees will be recruited in three fields: ▲IT ▲HR ▲Management, and experienced employees will be recruited in two fields: ▲In-house Strategy Consultant ▲Facility Management.
This year as well, to ensure fair and transparent recruitment, the blind recruitment method will be used, which does not require applicants to write their school name, age, or photo on the application form.
The deadline for submitting applications is 3 PM on the 6th of next month. After that, through document screening, written tests (major and essay exams), practical interviews, and executive interviews, new employees are expected to join in December, and experienced employees in October.
The written test will be held on the so-called "Financial Sector A-Match Day." Financial Sector A-Match Day is a term that originated from financial public enterprises such as the Bank of Korea and the Financial Supervisory Service taking written exams on the same day every year since the early 2000s, likening it to a soccer match between national teams.
Koscom plans to conduct practical PT interviews and experience interviews to select talented individuals who possess excellent character and job competency simultaneously. More detailed information about the application and recruitment guidelines can be found on the Koscom recruitment website.
