Discovering Talented New Writers... Dongmyeong University Hosts Curated Invitational Exhibition ‘I Don’t No 또우 tto’u’
[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Hwang Du-yeol] Dongmyung University, fostering ‘Do-ing’ talents who challenge, experience, and practice, is holding a special invitational exhibition titled ‘I Don’t No 또우 tto’u’ at the Dongmyung University Gallery from the 23rd to the 30th.
This special invitational exhibition is also the first solo exhibition of Buddhist painter Woo Seung-ha, who has conveyed the teachings of Buddha through various works.
Woo Seung-ha, the representative of Donggok Gallery, is showcasing over 110 oil paintings in Western style, including ‘Energy’s Blessing’ at the gallery.
Painter Woo Seung-ha said, “I am grateful to President Jeon Ho-hwan and everyone who helped,” adding, “It is especially meaningful to donate part of the proceeds to Dongmyung University and Nam-gu Comprehensive Social Welfare Center to practice Buddha’s compassion.”
President Jeon Ho-hwan stated, “Emerging artist tto’u is recognized as an artist who conveys the meaning of beauty through new styles and methods,” and “Discovering talented new artists will not only contribute to the development of Korean art but also be a great gift to the citizens of Busan who love art.”
