Gyeonggi Province announced on the 23rd that Governor Kim Dong-yeon decided to postpone the comprehensive audit so that Seongnam City officials could focus on flood damage recovery and public support.
Originally, according to the 2022 city and county comprehensive audit plan, Gyeonggi Province was scheduled to conduct a comprehensive audit of Seongnam City from September 1 to 27, with six teams consisting of 33 auditors.
However, following the government's declaration of Seongnam City as a special disaster area on the 22nd due to recent heavy rains, Governor Kim decided to postpone the audit.
