Hosted by Jeollanam-do Province and Yeosu City, and organized by the Beommin Cultural Foundation and the Yeosu branch of the Korean Music Association, the ‘2022 Yeosu Eco International Music Festival’ will be held over four days with a total of four performances.
The first day’s performance on the 24th is the ‘Yeosu Artist Series,’ starting at 7:30 PM. On the 25th and 26th at 7:30 PM, the ‘Spectrum of Emotions Parts 1 and 2’ performances will take place, followed by the final ‘Spectrum of Emotions Part 3’ performance at 5 PM on the 28th.
In addition, a ‘Visiting Classical Concert’ will be held throughout the eastern region of Jeollanam-do.
Starting at 4 PM on August 25 at the GS Caltex Yeulmaru exhibition hall, the concert will travel to Yeosu Airport, Dongdong Bridge, Yeosu Expo Station, Suncheon Station, and the Jeonnam Provincial Museum of Art, delivering sweet classical music.
Visitors holding tickets to the music festival will also receive a 50% discount at major tourist attractions in Yeosu City.
A city official said, “We hope this Yeosu Eco International Music Festival will be a music festival that offers comfort and inspiration to both Yeosu citizens and tourists exhausted by COVID-19.”
