This event was organized by the Social Contribution Support Team, with over 80 participants including Yeungnam University faculty and staff as well as student council members, who made 350 portions of kimchi and delivered them to the Gyeongsan City Volunteer Center.
In particular, international students also participated, experiencing Korean culture by making kimchi and gaining an opportunity to practice neighborly love.
Yeungnam University has held the Love Kimchi Sharing event every winter, but considering the relatively few opportunities to share kimchi with neighbors during the summer, this year the event was held during the summer vacation.
