Eabove Semiconductor Decides on Third-Party Allocation Paid-in Capital Increase Worth 3.5 Billion KRW
[Asia Economy Reporter Myunghwan Lee] Above Semiconductor announced on the 17th that it has decided on a third-party allotment paid-in capital increase worth 3,499,990,000 KRW for facility funds.
The new shares will be issued at a price of 10,900 KRW per share, with 321,100 new shares to be issued. The third-party allotment recipient is SVIC 56th New Technology Business Investment Association.
