Gyeongnam National University held the 73rd 2021 Academic Year Second Semester Graduation Ceremony in the main building's large conference room.

At the ceremony, only a small number of attendees were present, including President Park Jae-gyu, some of the second semester doctoral degree recipients, representatives of master's degree recipients from each graduate school, and related personnel. The event was conducted strictly following quarantine guidelines, with only the conferment of doctoral and master's degree certificates taking place.
As a result, Gyeongnam National University produced a total of 1,107 outstanding talents: 32 doctoral graduates, 201 master's graduates (50 from the Graduate School, 26 from the Graduate School of Industrial Management, 83 from the Graduate School of Education, and 42 from the Graduate School of Public Administration), 736 bachelor's graduates, and 133 graduates from the Unification Future Advanced Course.
In his commemorative speech, President Park said, "I sincerely congratulate all of you who have completed your graduation with exceptional passion and effort in your respective fields of study over the past several years," and added, "I hope you will pioneer your future through the valuable achievements you have made today and dedicate yourselves to enhancing social values with a strong pride as professionals."
