Gyeongnam National University Receives 10 Million KRW Scholarship from Global Coding Institute
Gyeongnam National University received 10 million KRW in "Corporate-Linked Employment Preparation Support Fund" from the Global Coding Research Institute.
View original image[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters, Reporter Song Jong-gu] The Department of Information and Communication AI Engineering at Gyeongnam National University received a 'Corporate-Linked Employment Preparation Support Fund' of 10 million KRW from Global Coding Research Institute on the 12th at the 5th Engineering Building.
The Department of Information and Communication AI Engineering has been promoting various projects ahead of the establishment of the 'Future Vision Center' in the upcoming second semester, which will provide a one-stop service from admission to employment to enhance the capabilities of freshmen and current students in the era of the 4th Industrial Revolution.
One of the projects being promoted is the 'Corporate-Linked Employment Preparation Support Fund' program, for which efforts have been focused on discovering various companies.
On this day, the first company, Global Coding Research Institute, presented the scholarship. The scholarship will be used not only to strengthen students' employment capabilities but also to connect employment through on-site training at supporting companies.
Global Coding Research Institute, located in Changwon City, Gyeongnam, is a specialized research institution providing future software education, leading coding education and smart farm system development, and was selected as one of the K-Global 300 companies in 2016.
