Yanolja Supports Employees' Daily Life Recovery from Heavy Rain Damage
[Asia Economy Reporter Donghyun Choi] Leisure platform company Yanolja announced on the 15th that it will support the recovery of daily life for employees affected by heavy rain.
Yanolja will provide up to 3 days of paid leave and accommodation expenses to employees who suffered flood damage due to heavy rain in the central region to protect their health and establish a safe working environment. Accommodation expenses will be provided as Yanolja points worth up to 500,000 KRW to be used for securing temporary housing. Yanolja plans to offer the same support to employees who suffer physical or property damage from natural disasters in the future.
Support measures for coexistence with local communities and partner stores affected by the heavy rain are also being implemented. Yanolja will deliver sharing boxes containing hygiene products and daily necessities to flood victims in Guryong Village, Gaepo-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul. In addition, a compensation program for partner stores is being operated, which supports cancellation fees when customers change or cancel schedules due to heavy rain, and customer compensation when partner stores cancel reservations due to flood damage.
