"Please stop the car!" A man in his 30s jumps off Samcheonpo Bridge while returning home with a designated driver

According to the Sacheon Coast Guard Station, Mr. A was drinking in the city with his cousin and was on his way home using a designated driver service.
While passing Samcheonpo Bridge, Mr. A suddenly asked the driver to stop the car, and as the vehicle stopped, he threw himself off the bridge.
At around 12:30 a.m., the Sacheon Coast Guard received a report from Mr. B, the cousin, and immediately dispatched the Sacheon Coast Guard rescue team and the Sacheon Police Station coastal rescue boat to the scene.
Upon arrival, the Coast Guard began searching the waters near the point where Mr. A jumped and found him around 12:47 a.m.
Two rescuers entered the water and pulled Mr. A out, who was breathing and conscious.

The Coast Guard transported Mr. A, who complained of chest pain, by a 119 ambulance waiting at Palpo Port to a nearby hospital for emergency treatment. They also stated that they plan to investigate the exact circumstances of the incident based on statements from Mr. B and the designated driver.
