Duzon Bizon Expands Electronic Document Brokerage Service
Expanding from Personal-Focused Electronic Document Brokerage to Corporate Market
[Asia Economy Reporter Hyungsoo Park] Duzon Bizon is expanding the scope of its certified electronic document intermediary service from the existing PC-based platform to a multi-platform environment that includes the ‘mobile electronic notification service.’
Duzon Bizon announced on the 11th that since being designated as a certified electronic document intermediary in 2013, it has equipped new facilities capable of next-generation electronic document intermediary services and completed government inspections.
A certified electronic document intermediary is qualified to distribute electronic documents on behalf of others under the ‘Electronic Documents and Electronic Transactions Basic Act’ and is designated by the Minister of Science and ICT. Electronic documents distributed through the platform of a certified electronic document intermediary have the same legal effect regarding distribution facts as offline documents. The related market is rapidly growing, centered on government offices and financial institutions.
Duzon Bizon plans to expand beyond the individual-focused electronic document intermediary market to the corporate market, leveraging this certification. They explained that by linking with their existing electronic tax invoice and certified electronic document center, they aim to create synergy through a two-way service that enables both sending and receiving of electronic documents.
They will introduce the electronic document intermediary platform ‘WEHAGO Electronic Documents’ based on the business platform WEHAGO. This is an integrated electronic document sending and receiving service expanded to multi-platforms such as mobile messengers, beyond the previously PC-based Shop Mail (#Mail) service.
WEHAGO Electronic Documents allows users to easily send and receive various electronic documents anytime and anywhere via PC and mobile with simple identity verification. It provides differentiated features that enable multi-platform sending and the dispatch of certified electronic documents to individuals and corporations, including electronic contracts. An extended service is also prepared to securely store original documents using the certified electronic document storage center.
The integrated service platform for individuals, NAHAGO, also provides electronic document services integrated for all corporate employees. NAHAGO is a workplace app that offers work hours and payroll management services, attendance management functions, and other necessary services for company life, helping small and medium-sized enterprises and small business owners easily comply with the mandatory issuance of wage (salary) statements required by the amended Labor Standards Act.
