According to Changwon Coast Guard Station, at around 3:42 PM that day, Mr. A, who was enjoying water activities at Dumo Beach in Jangmok-myeon, Geoje-si, Gyeongnam, went swimming alone to find a drifting tube and got separated from his group, drifting away.
The Changwon Coast Guard dispatched patrol vessels, coastal rescue boats from the local police station, and the Changwon rescue team after receiving a report from an acquaintance who realized Mr. A was missing.
The Coast Guard searched the accident area and found Mr. A around 4:05 PM, rescuing him. They reported that Mr. A was in good health.
