Lotte Department Store plans to pay the July sales proceeds to about 2,200 partner companies one week earlier on the 23rd of this month. This is intended to provide practical benefits to partners who need smooth cash flow management before the holiday.
Outstanding partners will be visited in person to strengthen communication. Until the 19th of this month, Angel-in-us Coffee trucks will visit 60 locations to provide free beverages such as coffee and juice. Events such as acrostic poems supporting partners and social media (SNS) upload campaigns will be held, with prizes like company dinner expenses awarded.
Meanwhile, ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) management of small and medium-sized partners will also be supported. Lotte Department Store, in collaboration with the Win-Win Growth Committee, will select 16 small and medium-sized partners to provide free ESG management consulting. After recruitment and selection of support targets, consulting will be conducted for about four months from the end of this month until the end of the year. Through ESG guideline education tailored to small businesses, they plan to assist in establishing ESG management strategies and indicators. Upon completion of the consulting, the Win-Win Growth Committee’s ESG Excellent Company certification will be awarded, along with extended support from the Win-Win Growth Fund operated by the company and preferential benefits for the fund.
