EV Suseong, Hanshin Automobile Withdraws Decision to Acquire Shares
[Asia Economy Reporter Kang Nahum] EV Suseong announced on the 3rd that it has decided to withdraw its decision to acquire a 9 billion KRW stake in Hanshin Automobile.
It canceled both the acquisition of existing shares worth 3 billion KRW held by Shin Heeju, the largest shareholder of Hanshin Automobile, and the acquisition of new shares worth 6 billion KRW through a third-party allotment paid-in capital increase. Among these, the 3 billion KRW payment for the existing shares has already been made.
