The program is jointly conducted by five organizations: Busan Dongnae Office of Education, Seodong Elementary School, Geumjeong-gu Comprehensive Social Welfare Center, Namgwang Comprehensive Social Welfare Center, and Geumjeong Lions Club. The Office of Education is responsible for planning and administrative tasks, while the other four organizations handle program operation and personnel support.
