hy, Choo Seung-hoon's 'Honey Fighter Latte' Launch..."First Beverage Winner in Pyeonstorang"
[Asia Economy Reporter Song Seung-yoon] hy announced on the 25th that it will launch the 'Honey Fighter Latte,' a secret recipe of mixed martial artist Choo Sung-hoon.
The Honey Fighter Latte was the final winning entry in the vacation menu episode of KBS 2TV's 'New Product Launch Pyeonstorang,' which aired on the 22nd. It is an energy-boosting coffee and the only beverage among the program's winning products to date.
The new product features healthy ingredients applied to coffee. It is made with ma (hemp) and yagwanmun, known for their stamina-enhancing properties. The sweet honey blends with rich espresso and the flavor of yagwanmun, reminiscent of a smooth black tea latte.
While the show prepared it by boiling milk, the Honey Fighter Latte is made as a refrigerated cup coffee. When ordering the product, a Fresh Manager delivers it fresh via a refrigerated cart. Orders can also be placed through hy's online mall, Predit.
Since last year, hy has been continuously releasing 10 collaborative meal kits with Pyeonstorang. These collaboration products account for 24% of total meal kit sales and have gained great popularity.
