A Man in His 40s Arrested by Police for Killing Ex-Girlfriend Over Being with Another Man

On the 21st, the Gangbuk Police Station in Seoul announced that they arrested a man in his 40s, Mr. A, on charges including murder.
According to the police, at around 12:35 a.m. on the same day, Mr. A wielded a weapon at a karaoke room located in Suyu-dong, Gangbuk-gu, Seoul, targeting his ex-girlfriend Ms. B and her boyfriend Mr. C. Ms. B died at the scene due to the stabbing, and Mr. C sustained serious injuries to his arm while trying to intervene. However, it was reported that Mr. C's life is not in danger.
The police were urgently dispatched to the scene and immediately searched the Suyu-dong area. Mr. A was found in an alley about 700 meters from the crime scene. At the time, Mr. A was reportedly covered in a large amount of blood. The police arrested Mr. A on the spot at around 12:54 a.m.
