The Win-Win Cooperation Type Tomorrow Filling Deduction is a collaborative model in which SBC supports the deduction contributions of supported companies together with large corporations, public institutions, and local governments to reduce the burden on small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and realize mutual growth with partner companies. Since the system was introduced in 2015, a total of 57 institutions and companies have participated. Especially this year, through efforts to expand private cooperation, more than five companies are expected to participate in the win-win cooperation type deduction.
Through this agreement, both parties have agreed to join forces to stabilize employment in excellent small and medium venture companies in the defense, aviation, and ICT sectors cooperating with Hanwha Systems. They plan to actively cooperate to support the strengthening of competitiveness of small and medium venture companies by inducing long-term retention of excellent personnel and supporting the transition to ESG (Environment, Social, Governance) management.
Specifically, SBC will provide education and welfare services such as job competency e-learning, group accident insurance enrollment, and vacation support to Hanwha Systems' partner companies. For companies that wish, policy projects for transitioning to ESG management will be linked and supported. Hanwha Systems will contribute a fund of 60 million KRW to fully support the company burden of the Tomorrow Filling Deduction, about 200,000 KRW per month, for 25 employees of cooperating small and medium enterprises for one year.
Yoon An-sik, Vice President of Hanwha Systems, said, "We introduced the Win-Win Cooperation Type Tomorrow Filling Deduction to create a sustainable business partnership through employment stability of core personnel in partner SMEs and youth employment creation," adding, "We will strive to achieve mutual growth with excellent small and medium venture companies through Tomorrow Filling Deduction and support for ESG management transition."
Ahn Jeong-gon, Head of the Job Division at SBC, said, "We will continue to work to improve the quality of jobs in small and medium venture companies, and actively support the expansion of win-win type deductions in the private sector to promote mutual growth between large and small-medium enterprises and the spread of ESG management culture."
