View original image[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Hyung-min] On the 13th, the Seoul Metropolitan Government announced that due to the rise in water levels of the Jungnangcheon Stream caused by heavy rain in Seoul and northern Gyeonggi Province, traffic will be restricted from 4:13 PM on the section from Majang Entrance of the Inner Circular Road to Seongdong JC. The city's Disaster and Safety Countermeasures Headquarters urged citizens to check traffic conditions in advance and to use public transportation whenever possible.
