Gwangju Police Agency Holds On-Site Meeting for 5-Shift 3-Team System
[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Park Jin-hyung] On the 13th, the Gwangju Police Agency held a 5-team 3-shift on-site meeting at the Mudeung Hall of the agency building, attended by about 30 people including field staff from the Sangmu District Unit and Suwan District Unit.
The 5-team 3-shift work system is a work system that concentrates and operates experienced personnel during nighttime hours when security demand is high, enabling rapid and meticulous response.
Currently, in Gwangju, the Suwan District Unit and Sangmu District Unit conducted the first pilot operation from April to June, and after partially improving the work system, the second pilot operation has been underway since the 1st of this month.
On this day, the meeting was held in a free atmosphere to listen to the opinions of field staff on the improved 5-team 3-shift work system and to discuss additional improvement needs, communicating with the field staff.
