View original image[Asia Economy Reporter Moon Chaeseok] Everland, operated by Samsung C&T Resort Division, announced on the 13th that it will operate a 'Goods Pickup Service' where customers can pre-purchase popular MD products from the Summer Water Fun festival and pick them up directly at the entrance store.
This service helps customers book tickets and MD products through Everland's smart reservation system. Thirteen popular products from the Summer Water Fun festival, including the Panda Poncho, water guns, and hairbands, are sold at a 10% discount.
Since the festival is water-themed, many activities involve playing with water guns, and customers who have not prepared in advance often visit stores to buy products. By using the pickup service, customers can more easily select and purchase the most popular products during the festival period. After choosing products in advance through smart reservation, customers can simply show a QR code at the Rasian Memorium Shop in front of the main gate to collect their items.
To celebrate the opening of the pickup service, 20 customers will be selected by lottery to receive a 10,000 KRW Everland mobile gift card. Detailed usage instructions can be found on the Everland website.
Everland has introduced various digital technologies such as smart queuing, mobile ordering, and digital parking systems. For customer convenience, it plans to offer pickup services for selected popular products during other festivals such as Halloween and Christmas as well.
