This expresses Mayor Kim Kyung-ho’s determination to become Gwangjin-gu’s devoted servant who listens attentively to even the smallest voices and pays close attention to unheard voices.
The ‘Open Civil Service Office’ will be operated in two parts: the ‘Civil Complaint Handling Strategy Report Meeting’ held twice a week, every Wednesday, and the ‘Meeting Day with the Mayor’ or ‘Civil Complaint Site Visit Day’ held every Friday.
First, the ‘Civil Complaint Handling Strategy Report Meeting’ will be held every Wednesday in the mayor’s office, attended by heads of relevant departments, directors, team leaders, and civil complaint team leaders, where they report on the handling plans for major civil complaints received during the week.
Based on this, every Friday, the ‘Meeting Day with the Mayor’ will be held to meet residents requesting a meeting with the mayor, or the ‘Civil Complaint Site Visit Day’ will be conducted to directly inspect the sites.
The location will be either the Gwangjin-gu Office Planning Situation Room or the civil complaint site, depending on the issue, with the resident involved and heads of relevant departments, directors, team leaders, and civil complaint team leaders attending.
Additionally, to strengthen the direct civil complaint function, a ‘Civil Complaint Coordinator’ will be operated. The ‘Civil Complaint Coordinator’ consists of three members and will respond systematically and promptly to civil complaint communications.
On the 6th, Kim Kyung-ho, Mayor of Gwangjin-gu, held the first schedule of the ‘Open Civil Service Office.’ On this day, in the mayor’s office, with the deputy mayor and heads of each department attending, reports were received regarding civil complaints related to ▲local housing associations ▲Jayang 11 Special Planning Zone ▲Jayang 1 Redevelopment Promotion District.
Afterwards, Mayor Kim visited the Jayang 1 Redevelopment Promotion District (photo) and took time to inspect the site.
Mayor Kim plans to hold the first ‘Meeting Day with the Mayor’ on the 8th at the Gwangjin-gu Office Planning Situation Room.
