Drunken Man in His 30s Arrested in the Act for Following Female Driver
[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Park Jin-hyung] A man in his 30s who followed a female driver while driving under the influence was arrested by the police.
The Gwangju Gwangsan Police Station announced on the 6th that they arrested Mr. A on the spot on charges including violation of the Stalking Punishment Act.
Mr. A is accused of driving in a heavily intoxicated state around 3:05 a.m. on a road in Ssangam-dong, Gwangsan-gu, Gwangju Metropolitan City, and following a female driver for about 20 minutes.
He tried to evade the police car that responded to the victim's report but caused an accident by crashing into the median strip flower bed and was arrested on the spot.
