Lotte Homeshopping's virtual human Lucy is hosting Ssangyong Motor's 'Torres New Car Launch Event'.

The new car launch event was held simultaneously online and offline on the 5th at the Nest Hotel in Incheon, Naver TV, and Ssangyong Motor's official YouTube channel. About 300 related personnel, including automotive journalists, attended the event on-site, and approximately 20,000 viewers watched online.
Lucy introduced Ssangyong Motor's new traditional sports utility vehicle (SUV), Torres, for 10 minutes in the metaverse space. Through Lucy's voice, revealed for the first time, she detailed Torres' ▲positioning ▲target ▲design ▲safety ▲convenience features ▲trim and pricing. She also demonstrated natural movements such as getting in and out of the vehicle and performing demonstrations.
To enhance Lucy in the video, Lotte Home Shopping spent three months from modeling planning to production, adopting a 3D asset method capable of precise and delicate expression, visual effects (VFX), and voice synthesis technology. The related video will later be used as the official promotional video for Torres on Ssangyong Motor's official YouTube channel and others.
