According to the industry on the 5th, LG Energy Solution has agreed to jointly carry out a truck electrification project with Isuzu and will supply cylindrical batteries for four years starting next year. Isuzu is a Japanese company specializing in the production of commercial vehicles such as trucks and buses.
Isuzu plans to mass-produce the electric truck model of the mid-sized truck 'Elf' starting next year. The expected supply scale is reported to be in the trillion-won range.
