Yogiyo to Pay Signing Bonus of 50% of Previous Salary for Experienced R&D Hires
Various Programs Also Prepared for the Growth of R&D Members
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Cheol-hyun] Delivery app Yogiyo announced on the 5th that it will offer a signing bonus equivalent to 50% of the previous annual salary to new experienced hires at its R&D Center to secure outstanding development talent.
This recruitment targets experienced professionals in all tech fields, including ▲development ▲product owner (PO) ▲data ▲UX, for two months starting in July. Final hires will receive a signing bonus (a one-time incentive provided upon joining) amounting to 50% of their previous annual salary.
Yogiyo has already been aggressively recruiting development talent in the first half of the year and plans to continuously secure excellent developers. Internal programs for the continuous growth of R&D Center members will also be expanded and reorganized.
