View original image[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Hwang Du-yeol] Silla University has signed a business agreement with the 2022 International Federation of Freight Forwarders Associations (FIATA) Busan World Congress Organizing Committee to train aviation logistics experts.
The signing ceremony took place at 1 p.m. on the 30th in the Silla University President's Reception Room, attended by key figures from both sides, including President Kim Chung-seok and Organizing Chairman Kim Byung-jin.
According to the agreement, the two institutions will cooperate on ▲ industry-academia exchange and information sharing ▲ providing opportunities for current students to visit companies, participate in field training, internships, and employment ▲ information exchange and joint research through practical exchanges ▲ sharing and developing specialized personnel training programs in the field of aviation logistics education.
The two institutions plan to strengthen cooperation to ensure the successful hosting of the '2022 FIATA Busan World Congress,' which will be held in Busan from September 11 to 16.

Professor Kwon Seung-ha of Silla University's Department of Aviation Logistics stated, “The Korea International Freight Forwarders Association, which hosts the FIATA Busan World Congress, is striving to enhance the competitiveness of the international logistics industry by fostering international logistics professionals and promoting improvements in maritime and aviation logistics systems.” He added, “Through this agreement, we plan to establish a cooperative system to promote the development of specialized talent in the aviation logistics field and lead regional community development.”
