View original image[Asia Economy Reporter Park Sunmi] Samsung Electronics Service has swept first place in all categories of home appliances, mobile phones, and computer AS quality in the '2022 Korea Service Quality Index (KS-SQI)' announced by the Korea Standards Association.
On the 30th, Samsung Electronics Service stated that this was the result of continuously operating 'customer-centered specialized services' by closely analyzing customer needs. Samsung Electronics Service operates a 'CS Panel' composed of employees' family members to improve service quality.
The CS Panel, consisting of about 30 employees' family members who have a high understanding of the service industry, suggests improvements in overall areas such as processes, infrastructure, and customer care, contributing to the establishment of customer-centered service policies.
To prepare for summer, Samsung Electronics Service actively conducted the 'Air Conditioner Pre-Inspection' service to help customers use air conditioners conveniently. More than 95% of customers who used the pre-inspection did not request AS during the summer and stayed cool.
They also focused on the 'Plus Inspection Service,' where engineers provide additional free inspections of air conditioners when visiting for on-site services for TVs, washing machines, etc.
