"Let's Practice Carbon Neutrality" Signiel and Lotte Hotel Introduce Large-Capacity Reusable Dispensers
[Asia Economy Reporter Jeon Jinyoung] Lotte Hotel announced on the 29th that it will actively practice ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) management by replacing single-use amenities at Signiel and Lotte Hotel with large-capacity reusable dispensers.
Since June last year, Lotte Hotel has proactively introduced large-capacity dispensers at L7 Hotel and Lotte City Hotel. Starting next month, large-capacity dispensers will be sequentially installed at Signiel Seoul and Busan, Lotte Hotel Seoul, World, Busan, Jeju, Ulsan, and others, enabling the use of large-capacity dispensers across all 17 domestic Lotte Hotel chains.
The large-capacity dispensers being replaced this time, like those at L7 Hotel and Lotte City Hotel, utilize non-refillable containers that completely block foreign substance intrusion and cannot be reopened.
As amenities are remembered as a symbol of the hotel's prestige, special attention was paid to the brand as well. Signiel will maintain the French niche perfume brand "Diptyque," which was the single-use amenity brand.
Lotte Hotel changed from the existing "Panier des Sens" to the Australian natural skincare brand "Grown Alchemist." It is known for producing 100% plant-based products certified organic by the Australian government and for healthily preserving the finest natural ingredients.
