According to Real Today, a real estate research firm, next week, subscription applications will be accepted for a total of 5,610 units nationwide across 18 locations (including officetels, urban lifestyle housing, public sales, and rentals, excluding Happy Housing). Winner announcements will be made at 15 locations, and contracts will be conducted at 11 locations.
Among the 18 locations nationwide, 12 will hold subscriptions in the metropolitan area. In Seoul, the only project is "Sindoksan Solihill New Foret" located in Doksan-dong, Geumcheon-gu, which will accept first-priority local subscriptions on the 28th. The complex consists of 2 buildings, from 2 basement floors to 7 above-ground floors, with exclusive areas ranging from 59 to 68㎡, totaling 63 households. Among these, 35 units will be sold to the general public, and as a post-sale complex, quick move-in is possible.
On the 29th, LH Seoul Regional Headquarters will accept first-priority subscriptions for the public sale housing "Yangju Hoecheon A24 Block" being constructed in Deokgye-dong, Yangju-si, Gyeonggi Province. The complex consists of 8 buildings, from 1 basement floor to a maximum of 29 floors, with exclusive areas of 59㎡, totaling 869 households. 257 units are planned to be supplied, and units not applied for in the main subscription from the 612 pre-subscription units will also be converted to general supply.
