“Bap Mutna? Eo Mutta” ... Samjin Eomuk & Baedal Minjok Launch Limited Edition Collaboration Package ‘Bap Mutna? Eo Muktang’
[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Hwang Du-yeol] Fish cake brand Samjin Fish Cake has launched a limited edition collaboration package with Baedal Minjok called ‘Bapmutna ?eo Muk Tang’.
The package name ‘Bapmutna ?eo Muk Tang’ is the winning entry that received the Excellence Award in the ‘2022 Baemin New Year Literary Contest,’ a creative food material contest held by Baemin in March.
It uses the dialect phrase “Bap mutna,” meaning “Did you eat?” and the dialect phrase “eo muk tang (eo mutta),” which can be associated with the answer “Yes, I ate.”
The collaboration package consists of two Samjin Fish Cake ‘Ddakhan-kki Fish Cake Soup Mild Flavor’ units.
Samjin Fish Cake’s ‘Ddakhan-kki Fish Cake Soup’ is a small-quantity product aimed at single-person households, consisting of fish cakes and sauce specifically for fish cake soup in a cooking kit.
The package applies Baemin’s brand identity through typography, design, and characters on the packaging container, adding Baemin’s sensibility.
The first collaboration product between Samjin Fish Cake and Baemin, the ‘Bapmutna ?eo Muk Tang’ package, will be promoted immediately upon release.
From 6 p.m. on the 24th, the product can be purchased for 1,000 won each on the official Samjin Fish Cake online mall. Sales will end early once the limited quantity is sold out.
