Curiox Forms SAB to Strengthen Research and Development Capabilities
[Asia Economy Reporter Jang Hyowon] Bio equipment company Curiox announced on the 21st that it has formed a Scientific Advisory Board (SAB) to strengthen its research and development capabilities.
According to Curiox, the SAB consists of three members: Professor Kim Hoyoung from the Department of Mechanical Engineering at Seoul National University, Professor Holden McKer from Stanford University, and Morris R. Ogorman, the Director of Clinical Research at Children's Hospital of LA and a professor of Pathology and Pediatrics at the University of Southern California. They are world-renowned experts in engineering and life sciences fields including micromechanics, microfluidics, oncology, and diagnostic flow cytometry.
The company explained that the SAB is expected to contribute to promoting the standardization of flow cytometry through excellent and reproducible cell washing technology, provide advice on the development of advanced technologies for cell analysis automation, and offer insights and expertise for the expansion and advancement of the technology.
