Newly appointed officials were assigned considering the order on the new appointment candidate list, vacancies at institutions, and their residential locations.
The Gyeongnam Office of Education has established a future competency enhancement training course at the Gyeongnam Education Training Institute for grade 6 local government officials.
Through this personnel appointment, 20 educational administrative officials and 1 librarian at grade 6 were dispatched for six months of training.
Superintendent Park Jong-hoon said, “There was a lack of training courses to cultivate expertise during the promotion process of general administrative staff to section chief,” and added, “This course was created to nurture administrative leaders equipped with communication skills, insight, and job expertise to lead the future development of Gyeongnam education.”
He emphasized, “This is a course for those who will play a central role in administrative support to deepen their understanding of proper Gyeongnam educational administration support and become competent administrative experts,” and “Through this, we expect the future-oriented policy capabilities of the Gyeongnam Office of Education necessary for educational recovery and the establishment of a future education system to be further strengthened.”
