Musinsa Signs License Agreement with Walt Disney Company Korea
[Asia Economy Reporter Song Seung-yoon] Online fashion platform Musinsa announced on the 21st that it has signed a character license agreement for 'Disney' and 'Marvel' with the global comprehensive entertainment company Walt Disney Company Korea.
Accordingly, Musinsa will carry out business utilizing Disney and Marvel IP from the second half of this year until 2023, the 100th anniversary of Disney's founding. It plans to provide customers with new experiences through in-house product development, artist collaboration product releases, and popup store exhibitions.
Musinsa will also offer brands entering the Musinsa Store opportunities to utilize Disney and Marvel IP to create unique synergies. Various brands that had difficulty accessing Disney IP will be able to meet more customers through this collaboration.
