“To Raise My Child with Peace of Mind” … Busan Office of Education Holds ‘Care Connection Council’ with Local Governments

Attendees of the council included officials from the education and support offices, Busan City, Busanjin-gu, and Gijang-gun.
The council aims to strengthen the cooperation system by linking the education office and local governments to create an environment where children can be raised safely, providing meticulous and balanced care services.
The council will discuss sharing the operation and outcomes of ‘Uri Dongnae Jaramteo’ (Our Neighborhood Growth Center), a child-centered care service, plans to establish a local care system, ways to revitalize local care institutions, and methods to share program operations among local care institutions.
The Busan Metropolitan Office of Education has opened 10 additional ‘Uri Dongnae Jaramteo’ sites, a Busan-style care model, in areas such as Jeonggwan, Ilgwang, Myeongji, Yeonje, Yeongdo, and Nam-gu this year, operating and supporting a total of 19 locations.
