View original image[Asia Economy Reporter Lim Chun-han] GS25 announced on the 21st that the GS25 Shinhan Metaverse Store will open in the second beta service space of Shinhan Bank's metaverse platform 'Cinnamon.'
The GS25 Shinhan Metaverse Store consists of a virtual GS25 space linked to over 50 types of GS25 gifticons that can be purchased when an avatar touches products on the GS25 shelves, and a promotional hall connected to the quick commerce Our Neighborhood Delivery service.
Customers who purchase GS25 gifticons in the virtual space can send gifticons to others through the gifting function or exchange them for products at offline GS25 stores. In the promotional hall, users can download the linked Udil mobile application (app) to receive deliveries of products ordered from GS25.
When an avatar meets the Udil character in the virtual space, they receive an Udil bag based on probability. Collecting five Udil bags entitles users to receive a coupon after the beta test ends, which offers a 5,000 KRW discount on products ordered from GS25 when using Udil.
