View original image[Asia Economy Reporter Song Seung-seop] POSCO Engineering & Construction announced on the 19th that it has been selected as the contractor for the Jeongneunggol redevelopment project in Seongbuk-gu, Seoul.
Through the redevelopment project, POSCO Engineering & Construction will demolish the existing old houses and build the nation's largest terrace house complex with 1,411 households, consisting of 2 basement floors and 4 above-ground floors. The construction cost is approximately 602.8 billion KRW.
POSCO Engineering & Construction proposed the complex name as ‘Le Terrace 757’.
