Yeongam-gun Holds Meeting with Instructors of Youth After-School Academy
[Yeongam=Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Choi Jae-kyung] The Yeongam-gun Youth After-School Academy in Jeollanam-do held a meeting on the 17th with subject instructors and professional experience instructors.
This meeting was held to share the results of the first half of the year’s classes, discuss improvements and development plans such as the direction of program operation for the second half, and to have a healing and encouraging time between operational staff and instructors through a communication program.
Currently, the subject classes include four subjects: English, Mathematics, Reading and Writing, and Korean History, and the professional experience classes are divided into basic and specialized experiences, consisting of 10 subjects such as Art, Music, and Jeollae Nori (traditional Korean games), with a total of 14 professional instructors. Subjects are changed and operated according to demand surveys.
The county is making efforts to provide high-quality programs by forming a local instructor pool so that the youth, the future leaders, can grow toward their dreams and goals.
