Mokpo City Completes 3rd Term of 'God's Business Strategy'... Strengthening Competitiveness of Small Business Owners
Practical and Customized Management Strategies, Strengthening Online Marketing Strategy Capabilities
[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Seung-hyun Jeong] Mokpo City, Jeollanam-do, held the graduation ceremony for the 3rd class of the small business owners’ ‘God’s Business Strategy Academy’ at the Social Enterprise Growth Support Center on the 15th.
The ‘God’s Business Strategy Academy’ is a customized consulting course conducted by the city to strengthen the business competitiveness of local small business owners, which ran for eight weeks starting from April 20.
The lectures were given by Kim Yoo-jin, a former MBC Entertainment Department PD turned dining consultant and author famous for ‘God of Business’ and ‘Business is Strategy.’ The course covered practical and customized training such as ▲special know-how to increase sales ▲visual communication strategies ▲complete mastery of promotion and marketing, along with hands-on practice in online marketing strategies including how to use portal sites, SNS promotion, and video production.
In a mid-term survey, 90% of the participants responded that the lectures were very helpful for their businesses and that they gained confidence along with optimism about increasing sales, showing high satisfaction among the 3rd class students as well.
In particular, the 3rd class participants, sharing the common goal of revitalizing the original downtown commercial district, showed exceptional passion and unity, and are planning to develop tour courses centered around the original downtown area and joint promotional marketing after the lectures.
