NH Investment & Securities Opens 'Digital Care Service'
Regular Digital Advisor Consultation and Analysis Report Provision
[Asia Economy Reporter Hwang Yoon-joo] NH Investment & Securities announced on the 14th that it has launched a non-face-to-face customer consultation service called 'Digital Care Service.' The Digital Care Service is a non-face-to-face customer consultation service provided by NH Investment & Securities' Digital Asset Management Center, offering everything from investment consultation to asset planning in one place.
The service conducts a 'Loss Customer Care Service' for customers with total assets of over 10 million KRW, regularly checking the rate of return and providing portfolio composition consultations. It also regularly provides personalized asset analysis reports to help customers invest their assets more balancedly. Additionally, customers with total assets over 30 million KRW can use the 'Direct Connection Service,' which allows them to connect directly to a consultation staff member without waiting on the phone.
Customers who wish to subscribe to the Digital Care Service can apply through the QV MTS screen, by phone through the Digital Asset Management Center, or via customer satisfaction surveys conducted quarterly. Subscription to the service is free of charge.
